Strawberry Pineapple Green Tea

Ingredients: green tea, pineapple, mango, strawberries, black tea, rose petals, raspberry bits, natural flavors 

Benefits: suppresses appetite and boosts metabolism

Directions for Iced Tea: 

1. Boil 8oz of water and let it cool for a minute or two.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea to infuser
3. Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the type of tea and your taste preference.
4. Strain the tea leaves from the liquid.
5. Add sweetener if desired and stir until dissolved.
6. Fill separate cup with ice to cool the tea quickly.
7. Stir the tea to mix in the ice and chill it thoroughly.
8. Serve over ice
