Hi, I’m Felicia Fowler, the heart and soul behind Naturally Holistic LLC.
This past year became the hardest year of my life in ways I never could have prepared for…. From an early age, I struggled with severe health challenges that left me searching for answers. After years of trial and error, and when conventional methods offered no relief, my journey eventually led me to a life-saving procedure at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio being the first ever person in the world to have this severe medical condition and procedure performed! That experience was a turning point—both in my health and in how I view healing.
I began exploring holistic living as a way to support my body, mind, and spirit. Herbs, natural remedies, and mindful practices became a foundation for my recovery and overall wellness. What started as a personal necessity quickly grew into a passion for helping others.
Naturally Holistic was never “just a business” to me. It was a reflection of how I live, how I heal, and how I care for my body, mind, and soul. Even on my weakest days, my passion for natural wellness never left me. And through it all, I knew one thing: I wasn’t done. I still had a story to tell, and I still had a purpose.

I recently picked up my cousin’s elderberry syrup, and I’m so glad I did, especially before getting sick. First off, it genuinely tastes good, which is not something you can always say about immune-support products. The addition of blueberries gives it a naturally pleasant sweetness that makes it easy (and honestly enjoyable) to take.
I’m currently using it while fighting off an illness, and I truly feel like it’s been helping support my recovery. I have never even heard of this before until I saw it on naturally Holistic’s Facebook page and I’m so glad I saw it! My son Suffered from baby acne and rashes and this soap cleared everything up! I’m honestly amazed. If you’re thinking about purchasing this, just do it! All I had to do was drop off my breast milk to Felicia and she worked her magic.

The elderberry hibiscus tea is one of my absolute favorites. I love it for its strong immune support, and it’s just as delicious hot as it is iced. A must-have year-round tea.
The new winter tea blend has quickly become a staple in my home. It perfectly captures cozy fall-into-winter vibes, and the dehydrated fruit adds such a lovely depth of flavor. Comforting, fragrant, and absolutely delicious.
