Brewing: Boil 8oz of water, steep 1 teaspoon of tea in infuser or tea bag for 5-7 minutes, sip and enjoy Naturally Holistic’s hand blended tea.
(All tea drinkers drink their tea differently. I personally prefer to steep the whole time I drink my tea and add fresh lemon juice & honey!)

I had some of this tea the other night and I was so relaxed after and had such a good night's sleep and it's really did help! I love that everything here is organic and all the teas are hand crafted!
I have a hard time winding down at night. I always toss and turn for hours. I purchased this tea to see if it would help and I’m amazed it did. There’s lots of things out there claiming theyll help but do not. It has become part of my nightly ritual now and I haven’t slept this good in years. Highly recommend
