This herbal tea is more than just a delightful sip—it’s a gentle yet powerful support for digestion. Each ingredient has been carefully selected for its natural ability to promote gut health and ease digestive discomfort.

Peppermint & Spearmint – These refreshing herbs are well-known for their ability to relax the digestive tract, helping to reduce bloating, cramping, and indigestion. They can also ease nausea and promote smoother digestion.

Sage – Traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and carminative properties, sage helps reduce gas, support gut balance, and improve overall digestion.

Tulsi (Holy Basil) – This adaptogenic herb helps regulate digestive function by reducing stress-related digestive issues and supporting gut microbiota balance.

Moringa – Packed with antioxidants and fiber, moringa promotes healthy digestion by supporting gut motility, easing inflammation, and aiding in nutrient absorption.

Together, these ingredients create a soothing, gut-friendly infusion that supports digestion, relieves discomfort, and promotes overall digestive wellness. Sip after meals or whenever your stomach needs a little extra care!

Taste:
A smooth herbal brew with refreshing medley of various mint leaves.

Ingredients: Peppermint, Spearmint, Sage, Tulsi, Moringa *All Organic (NO Caffeine)

Fun Fact: Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, belongs to the Lamiaceae (Mint) family like Basil. The scientific name of Tulsi is Ocimum Sanctum. It is an aromatic perennial plant. Tulsi is regarded as a symbol of purity and auspiciousness which is where the name Holy Basil comes from. It's rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Brewing:
Boil 8oz of water, steep 1 teaspoon of tea in infuser or tea bag for 5-7 minutes, sip and enjoy Naturally Holistic’s hand blended tea. 1oz brews approximately 15 cups.

(All tea drinkers drink their tea differently. I personally prefer to steep the whole time I drink my tea and add fresh lemon juice & honey!)
