Herbal Berry Essence Loose Leaf Tea (1oz)

Herbal Berry Essence combines blueberry, raspberry and blackberry essences with a floral base of rosehips, chamomile, hibiscus and South African rooibos. It has a fruity blend with sweet, earthy undertones and a floral finish. Herbal berry essence tea offers a wide range of potential health benefits due to the combination of herbs and berries used in its preparation. This blend is great for your skin as well.

Ingredients: Organic rosehips, organic hibiscus, organic chamomile, organic rooibos, and natural flavor.

Makes approximately 15 cups, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.

Brewing:

1. Bring fresh, filtered water just short of the boiling point.
2. Add 2 grams (1 tsp or to your liking) of tea to a infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug. 
3. Pour the heated water into the mug.
4. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
5. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.
6. Sip and enjoy Naturally Holistic's organic tea.

**You may also bring 8oz of water with 2 grams of loose leaf in it to a boil, and strain water over a mug.**
