Ingredients: Elderberries, Naturally Holistic’s Homemade Dehydrated Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, and Apple Pieces, Pomegranate, Hibiscus, Rosehip, and Blue Cornflower (NO Caffeine)
Brewing: Boil 8oz of water, steep 1 teaspoon of tea in infuser or tea bag for 5-7 minutes, sip and enjoy Naturally Holistic’s hand blended tea. 1oz brews approximately 15 cups.
(All tea drinkers drink their tea differently. I personally prefer to steep the whole time I drink my tea and add fresh lemon juice & honey!)
**For iced tea, add double the amount of tea to steep.
